Mechanical Engineering requires more of Physics as compared to maths because maximum concepts in this subject is related to Physics only. But Maths is also required as lots of calculations are required. It is like 60% Physics and 40% maths is there. So one needs to be perfect in bot the subjects.

Hi Abhijeet,
Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
University of Applied Sciences Landshut,
etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching. For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.
