You can provided you completed your education from a UGC-DEC recognized institute. Also, admission requirements vary from university to university across the countries. You must therefore decide where to study and look for the good universities offering the program of your choice. Some of the best universities in Canada for Mechanical engineering include University of Waterloo, McGill University, University of Toronto, University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University ( particularly known for its Robotics department) among others.
