Target a top university in Canada for better prospects, however a job will depend on your skills and knowledge. Academic performance is important. You can look for jobs in Europe too particularly Germany as it is a hub for mechanical engineering.

Dear Naimish, Good choice of country for a Master in Mech Engg., as it gives you both post study work visa and a chance for immigration, however to be eligible for the same please enroll for only a 2 year masters and not less as you will not get points. As far as universities go you can google them up.You would need an IELTS score of overall 6.5 with no band less than 6.
