Hi, Siddaganga Institute of Technology located in Tumkur in Karnataka is a good institute for studying Bachelor of engineering. It's fees for a 4 year course is around rupees 2.4 lacs. Here it is brought out that, these days fees of all the engineering colleges are approved by a committee formed by the state government which is headed by retired judge of the concerned High Court. Due to this the fees are always reasonable and reflect the facilities provided by the institution.

Hi dear,
Marks of 10+2 does not affect your ranking as it not counted.
From 2017 onwards, jee has removed, however 75% or top 20 percentile is the eligibility criteria for IIT.
So concentrate over 10+2 studies, as it will ultimately help you in your jee mains.
BEST OF LUCK DEAR

Yes, this will definitely affect the rank. This can increase or decrease your ranks subjected to the correctness of your guess work. Now suppose you have attempted total 50 questions, in which 10 questions were attempted by using your guess work. Now let's see what will happened?
1. Case-1 : If 10 questions are wrong. Than your score will be 40*4-10=150
2. Case-2 : If 5 questions are correct than your score will be 40*4+5*4-5=175
3. Case-2 : If 2 questions are correct than your score will be 40*4+2*4-8=152
4. Case-4 : If you have not attempted any question by using guess work than score will be 40*4=160
