Hi, Siddaganga Institute of Technology located in Tumkur in Karnataka is a good institute for studying Bachelor of engineering. It's fees for a 4 year course is around rupees 2.4 lacs. Here it is brought out that, these days fees of all the engineering colleges are approved by a committee formed by the state government which is headed by retired judge of the concerned High Court. Due to this the fees are always reasonable and reflect the facilities provided by the institution.

Marks of 10+2 does not affect your ranking as it not counted.
From 2017 onwards, jee has removed, however 75% or top 20 percentile is the eligibility criteria for IIT.
So concentrate over 10+2 studies, as it will ultimately help you in your jee mains.

Candidates are eligible to appear for TSLAWCET 2019 for admission in 5 year LL.B. Programmes if they have cleared two year Intermediate exam (10+2 pattern) or any other examination, recognized as equivalent, by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, T. S and Bar Council of India with minimum aggregate of 45%. Note: Candidates belonging to SC/ST category will be given 5% relaxation in aggregate percentage in the above mentioned qualifying examinations so that they meet the eligibility criteria of TSLAWCET 2019. 1. Case-1 : If 10 questions are wrong. Than your score will be 40*4-10=150
2. Case-2 : If 5 questions are correct than your score will be 40*4+5*4-5=175
3. Case-2 : If 2 questions are correct than your score will be 40*4+2*4-8=152
4. Case-4 : If you have not attempted any question by using guess work than score will be 40*4=160
