As COEP has only 12 seats of mechanical engineering so admission chances in COEP are less. You will atleast need aggregate of 96% in your Diploma for general category.

Oh, getting confused? Just don't worry. It's quite common. Placements is actually a bit of complex subject. It fundamentally depends on economic and industrial climate in the country at the time of your passing out.
