The course choice is something you have to decide on your own. You are now planning for your MS, high time you know your interests and career plans. It may seem confusing but you can take psychometric test to help you know which career or programme will suit you the best, know your aptitude. Engineering Management, MBA, MS Management, Manufacturing, Transport Design, Robotics and Automobiles, Product Design are so many to choose from.

If you did class 12th regular/private, then only you can take admission for BA /B.Sc in geography. After Diploma in mechanical engineering, you are not eligible for that. You can do B.E. / B.Tech.

You should choose the field of your interest for internship. Take permission from your college then apply. You should do the internship of minimum 1 month and maximum permitted by your college. According to me, production or designing (CAD/CAM) is best choice. Do at least 2-3 internships. These will be very useful in further subjects as well as placements.
