Hello Swapnil,
It's very nice to know your ambition of joining IIT Kanpur for your graduation in aerospace engineering after completion of your diploma. IITs indeed take students for their graduation programs but here diploma is treated as equivalent to 12th and whatever rules are applicable for JEE mains and JEE advanced for 12th or applicable for diploma also. The simplest to understand is there is no lateral entry in IIIT but diploma be considered as equivalent to 12th if you have scored 75% and more in diploma you become eligible to appear for JEE entrance and subsequently to JEE advanced examination. Other than JEE Mains and advance there are many entrance exams which are conducted. Some of them are:
1-LPU-NEST
2-KIITEEE
3-UPSEE
4-SRMJEE
5-WBJEE
6-VITEEE
7-BITSAT
8-Entrance Exam for Galgotias University
9-COMEDK (you can get very good colleges through this, they are mainly in Bangalore).
10-KCET
11-MH-CET

Yes, you can get. The admission in KCT, Coimbatore are based on TNEA merit organized by Anna University, The opening and closing ranks in your category was 3155 and 10903 respectively in year 2018. Hence, you can get admission in your desired college and discipline.

Netaji Subhas Open University offers Bachelor's degree programme (BDP) in the following areas:
1. History (EHI)
2. Political Science (EPS)
3. Sociology (ESO)
4. Public Administration (EPA)
5. Education (EED)
The eligibility criteria for above programs is passed 10+2 examination or equivalent (Arts or science only) with 45% marks. So, if you have completed class 12th in arts or science then you are eligible. Further, you will not get admission in the above courses on the basis of Polytechnic.

Go for M.Tech if you are extremely sharp in the technical field, otherwise, the best you can do is MBA in IT. After MBA, you can start your own IT business rather than working for someone else.
