Hi Dear,
You can get immigration to New Zealand or Australia. You need to IELTS. If you get 7 band in all modules you will be eligible for immigration. Alternatively, you can take up Level 7 programs to study in New Zealand. After one year study you will get one year work search visa. Once you get a job you will get two year work permit. Once you get Work permit you can apply for PR.

This will depend on the future profile you wish to go for. The work experience is useful but accordingly yon need to specify the profile for better guidance. IN case your profile is more technical then engineering. But, if it management profile then management.

COEP and VJTI both are very old colleges in India and in Asia as well. These two colleges are the best for B.Tech in computer engineering. In terms of placements, it is all well as highly reputed companies come to both of these colleges.
For B.Tech, many people say that COEP is good because it is situated in Pune and now a days, Pune is a developing IT sector. Most of the IT companies are situated here in Pune.
COEP has a great opportunity for further studies.
Placement from this college is as good as the IITs. Campus of this college is also good and hostel for boys and girls as well.

You can go with Technical courses include design software like Autodesk Inventor, solidworks, nx cad typical analysis software include Ansys, Simulator Multiphysics, but it is always advisable you attend soft-skill courses. There are cases where interviewers chose a more out spoken and team player than a guy who is bad at communication. You can also go with ROBOTICS COURSES. Best of luck.
