Hi dear,
COEP was established in 1854 and VJTI was established in 1887. Both are the oldest institutes in Asia. Both are government. Autonomous institutes. Course format and material are almost the same. Marginal difference is there in the syllabus. The campus of COEP is bigger and more advanced as compared to VJTI. More facilities and hostel available both for boys and girls. 10 +2 would be required. If you have done a diploma, it may not be accepted by institutes. In that case you can do 10+2 through open schooling and then pursue BBA.

Hi, In Tamil Nadu, the lateral admissions are processed centrally by one of the assigned Government College by Anna University. You will have to apply online and based on the marks obtained in Diploma, you will get admission in one of the colleges. The vacancies for lateral admission are also announced at the time of seeking applications online and till then nobody can tell where are the vacancies and how many are these. Hence, I suggest for you to wait for the announcement by Anna University for opening admissions for lateral method.

B.Tech in Correspondence is not possible now. Supreme Court has ordered against such courses and AICTE does not recognise them. You can however do MBA now.
