Switzerland has some of the world renown universities like ETH in Zurich, EPFL in Lausanne, IHEID in Geneva, University of Lausanne or the University of St. Gallen. Keep in mind, it's much better to speak the local language, so if you can't speak either French, German or Italian, better go for a language course first. Yes, it is good to study in Switzerland to some extent. Hope this helps you. Be free to share any problem you have.
Good luck.

If this is the case with your intended institution then definitely you can seek admission for B.Sc. In nautical Sciences. However if they insist on 12th and if you have started Diploma after 10th then I am afraid you are in a difficult situation. In view of this I will advise you approach your intended institution by email or have a look at their webpage to see if they treat Diploma as equivalent to 12th and then take appropriate action. Bes
