You can choose any of the streams. Give first priority to physics because it would be easy as compared to maths.

For similar PSUs like HPCL, BPCL and IOCL, management trainee, graduate trainee or engineering trainee means the same thing. They are put into the same grades as well and their jobs are same too, provided they are posted in the similar business units.
