This type of part time Engineering Under graduate course in India is not known to me. And, so far my knowledge goes, AICTE does not validate this. However, in Kolkata at JU, there is BE full time evening course in civil, Mechanical and Electrical stream for Diploma Engineers with some eligibility criteria. If possible you may look for it. You can do B.Tech, as you can directly get admission in second year in B.Tech after Diploma. And, also that will be beneficial for you. Good luck.

There are several engineering branches and few are most promising in them, mechanical engineering branch https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/course/m-tech-in-mechanical-engineering-university-of-engineering-and-management-jaipur-271436 is one of them and is quite challenging in itself. I suggest for UEM Jaipur College to find the best out of the programme and get placed in good company.

Yes, you are eligible. You can do Master's degree in Sweden, but for that, you have to clear an entrance exam.
