Yes, you are eligible to pursue aeronautical engineering course after the completion of your mechanical engineering Diploma course. Any individual who has cleared his 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized board or institution like CBSE, state board or NIOS is eligible to opt for B.Tech in mechanical engineering.

Any individual who has cleared his 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognised board or institution like CBSE, state board or NIOS is eligible to opt for B.Tech mechanical engineering.
