Based on your B.Tech in mechanical engineering degree score, you may find it difficult to get admission in MS abroad. If you score very high in GRE/ GATE some university may consider you.

Hi Jatin,
It depends if you are looking for admission in private or government college. Every college has their eligibility criteria, usually 50% or 60% in 12th is preferred if you score less than this percentage than the college consider your marks and ranks of other exams. So, first, select the colleges and than look out for the criteria they prefer.

Yes, you can do, But colleges have some distance restriction. Like Madras Institute Technology is saying that, A candidate seeking admissions to part-time mode of study shall have his/her permanent place of work within a distance of 90 km from the study campus of the institution. The following are the other colleges offering the M.E/M.Tech part time programme. For details please see the concerned college website.
