In Technical University of Berlin, there are a few courses taught in English. You must think of any other universities like Carl's Benz School, etc.

Dear Alkesh,
You can go for B.Tech Lateral entry. There are good universities like LPU, IIIT, SMU, etc. That are offering B.Tech lateral entry in which you will get direct admission in 2nd year of B.Tech. Check with these universities some of them offer admission on the basis of LEET or their own test and some merely give admission on basis of marks in Diploma. All these are world class universities offering congenial study environment along with good placements.
Good luck.

Yes. You can get admission for B.Tech mechanical. Polytechnic students can get direct admission in 2nd year i.e. called lateral entry or direct second year. Based on your percentage of polytechnic, you can get admission. Enquire in college directly to find out the procedure.
Good luck!
