First of all, no distance course in engineering is recognised. Secondly, M Tech is not a P G Diploma. :-). .

Engineering through distance education is not recognised. Kindly opt for some other medium such as part-time course.

If your branch rank is 50-60, then you may get a govt college but I think at 1072 GMR your branch should be above 100. So, there is less chance of getting a govt college for mechanical.

Hello,
Yes, it is possible to do BA. The admissions are based on cut off in universities like DU and in some universities like GGSIPU, BHU etc. It is based on entrance exams.
