Eligibility for M.Arch is graduation in architecture and hence doing B.Tech will not make you eligible for admission in M.Arch.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission with ME in Aeronautical Engineering. Only thing is that you have to pass the appropriate entrance exam for the course that you want to pursue. Top college in Bangalore is, without doubt, Indian Institute of Science. Here, the fee is about 50K per annum, but you get a fellowship.

You can seek lateral admission or treat Diploma as equivalent to class 12th, you can seek admission in the 1st year of engineering in many colleges.

It's a good fortune of your friend that she got a job. But getting a job only in Chandigarh is possible but could be delayed. It all depends on the situation prevailing when you will pass out after three years. But keeping in mind the fact if India's higher GDP, industrial production is bound to increase and with it the job opportunities.

I think you are eligible since the eligibility is only 10+2. Admission would be based on your marks in +2 exam.
