Getting into BITS requires you to write BITSAT comprising of 150 questions of physics, chemistry, maths, English and logical reasoning to be solved in 3 hours. You need to have 75% aggregate in PCM to write this test. BITS is obviously good as it stands out to be 5th best engineering college in India including IITs.

Hello Ghanashyam,
You have almost reached the completion stage of your Diploma in mechanical engineering & now wish to do something in IT. Right? If you have done class 12th then you can seek admission in BCA. If not then perhaps another Diploma in branch of your choice. There will be many institutions that can give you training in some specific SW programmes. If you do this then too you can get some job.
Best wishes.

Well, there is no particular information about the branch but as I know, the number of students placed in core companies are very less. Most of them are placed in IT companies whose package is around 3.5 LPA. Students placed in core companies get around 3-4 LPA.

Hello Gaurav, doing MBA from SCIT will help you pursue your career in information technology. If you're willing to have a career in information technology, SCIT is one of the best option for you. Also, we have many mechanical engineering background students in our current batches as well as previous batches.

Go to their website and fill the application form. Admissions in MIT are highly competitive, with less than 5% selectivity. If you feel you have it in you what it takes, then go for it.

Hi Shah,
If you don't improve your percentage too much then options will be very less. Also, you have to narrow down or shortlist your country and university choice basis your profile, the university admission requirements, budget and so on. You should check here for a clear idea:

Yes, absolutely. They accept three year's Bachelor's degree. All European countries do.

Hello Atul,
Germany is a highly competitive country. Your academic background does not seem to be sound and competitive. The number of backlogs is huge and the percentile is not competitive too. You can always give it a try, but I would suggest you check out other countries like Australia or even New Zealand. If you want to study in Europe, you may check Netherlands, Spain, France and so on.
