MBA Operations is related field for Mechanical engineering, but in my opinion this course is available in more colleges in Tamil Nadu, but placement is not fair. You can pursue in NITIE, Christ, IITMadras, IIMT.

You should first start checking country specific job portals and the skilled labour shortage list. You will have an idea of the country specific professions in demand. Build your resume and start networking with potential employers. Contact an immigration agent who will best guide you in this regard because this is not what this platform is meant for. Chances are there and will depend on the university and your overall profile. For better chances apply early. Don't wait till the last date of the deadline. The sooner you apply the better it is. You should also read about the scholarship options on a college or university website before applying.
