Hi Mohd Ali,
In the UK, it is tough. You need to be updated with current affairs and global news, read about work permit schemes now and how tough it is for international students. Also, let the alone UK, getting a job abroad without anything special cadre in your profile won't help. Look for a job in India, gain some good work experience and then apply. However, this will depend on what kind of job you want to do.

One of the good options after BE in mechanical is:
M.Tech in streams like IC Engines n Automobiles, Materials Science, Metallurgical Sciences, Thermal engineering, CAD/CAE, CIM/ Production, Fluidics/ Hydraulics, Mechatronics, Nanotech, Industrial engineering.
If you are looking for MBA then Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategic Management are good streams
