Best is to work in any industry and study, because now a days lots of people have certificate, but they work in other sectors due to recession in India, so think twice for the best.

Without clearing your backlogs, you won't be able to go to Germany for mechanical engineering, hence clear your backlogs first and then opt for Germany.
