You should go with
MBA in engineering
MBA in marketing
MBA in IT
MBA in HR
You can go with anyone of above course
But, I would suggest you MBA with marketing, because you are from mechanical and you know about how companies sell your products like cars etc. So, marketing is best for you. All the best.
