Better details could be provided if you specify your country choice. Admission requirements, acceptance rates, etc. vary from university to university across all countries. If you are aiming for a top ranked university you should clear your Bachelors with excellent scores and an all-rounded profile, take the IELTS or TOEFL to meet the English language requirements. Hi,
Yes, you can apply for Bachelor's degree after your diploma. You have to take your IELTS or TOEFL too to meet the English language requirements. Secondly, different universities have different admission requirements, you may have to take the SAT for some. Please therefore check university websites for admission requirements before applying.
