It is worth, it is a growing industry in many parts of the world. With a degree from France you can find jobs not only in France but also other parts of Europe and the world. The cut-off for any NIT varies from year to year, also from branch to branch and also from category to category. There is a wide difference in numbers for general, OBC, SC/ ST and other reserved categories. If you just google you will find plenty of sites that will give you this information for the year 2017 and before and then you can see for yourself how it has varied across branches or even in the same branch across years in NIT Trichy. In view of the foregoing, I would like to advise you not to worry about cutoffs because this is not in your hand but think of how much maximum you can score in JEE Mains as this only wil

But if I would suggest, I will tell you take up Operations as Engineers benefit from this domain in MBA.
I would prefer Operations over HR. But, then again you have the freedom to choose your own depending upon your interest.

Need to give GRE exam.
It is not mandatory but would be recommended if you clear at least the first level, if German proficiency language test.
German universities are purely academic based university, you need to have an excellent score above 65 percent.
