The best private university in India is BITS, Pilani. The standard of BITS, Pilani is equivalent to that of the IITs. They offer better education and placements are huge when compared to other top universities.
It is good for mechanical engineering in terms of placements also.
Actually, some say that BITS it better than IITs as it has no caste reservation as the IITs
You need to clear BITSAT with a score of 350 and above out of 450 to get mechanical branch.

TSSM College is good option for mechanical engineering but you should also try to get admission in LPU or Sharda University for mechanical engineering as they are more good then these one.
