There are certain colleges and universities in Gujarat which provide good placements. But in Rajasthan there also certain good college and universities which provide good placements in minimum cost in compare to others. In this sequence I suggest you that there is one of college viz. Most of the good Car designing courses eligibility criteria is B.Tech Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech Automobile Engineering. You are advised to seek lateral entry admission in B.Tech after Diploma in Engineering to fulfil your dream for becoming a car designer.

Hello Shwetank,
No, it is not possible to even get a seat at VIT, Vellore or any of the campuses (except Bhopal) with this rank. You may be called for counselling but you can just book a seat under category 5 only.
So, it is impossible to get a seat.
