Unless your engineering colleges have agreement of credit transfer with UK based universities, you two years of education may be a waste. You may check with your targeted UK based universities whether they will allow credit transfer or not before taking admission.

No way! Don't think so.If you are a girl, stop thinking about all this. If girls can go for mining engineering then mechanical is an extremely easy option.
