There are so many MS in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Mechatronics, Master's in Mechanical Engineering and Management etc. You can check here

Research on these programs and choose basis your interests, aptitude and mostly your career plans. Very good academic scores are required. You must also take the IELTS. German language knowledge is also recommended but most MS degrees are taught in English programs.
