Hello Chintan,
RVCE - Bangalore is one of the best engineering colleges in the state of Karnataka. From the academics viewpoint, it is an excellent option for students. However, Bangalore is mostly dominated by IT companies. Therefore, most of the on-campus placements take place in the IT sector.
You might get couple of companies from your core stream, if you're lucky. You will have to depend on off campus placements to get into a core company of your stream.

Popular SPP colleges are Humber, Seneca, Fleming, Fanshawe, Durham, Conestoga etc. The requirements differ but there is a standard rule for SPP colleges. You must have a minimum of 55% and must have an IELTS score above 6.5 with no module less than 6. For college requirements please visit their websites.

Diploma holders in engineering are not eligible for admission in B.Tech as IITs do not have provision of lateral entry admission in B.Tech. If you have done Diploma after 12th, you can appear for JEE to seek admission in IITs.

Every field has its scope, for those who stands for it. More of engineers have switched their careers into their interest fields like CA, pilot, animation, journalism, tourism, etc. Consider MBA in HR through distance or regular for the same.
