suggesting College is Just not enough. I would ask you to make search on Google about college of Germany and have detail information about college,faculty,fee, and all others. best wishes.

reva is much good in mechanical and ece with good faculties and there placement cell also provides good placements ao no doubt a good choice

if u r worrying about placement then it is okay. both the colleges with there respective branches taken into consideration have good placement records. now it solely depends on Your interest. Mechanical engineering deals with mechanics and material Science, computer Science deals with computers. but what I feel here in India when u study car they don't teach any industry related courses like android php phython etc. u can do engineering from any branch do some industry related computer courses and u can be computer engineer that is truth. so go for core branch like Mechanical, civil, electrical, electronics.

mechanical branch has better and more job prospects . the situation is like a concentric circle . mechanical branch is the outer circle. electrical is the inner circle.

You are eligible to seek admissions in BCA . You may seek from your institute principal equivalence of diploma to 12th class. Why do you want to do BCA? You are advised to seek lateral entry admission in B.Tech in branch of your choice.
