It will be helpful if you take up post graduate course . Thereafter you wait for advertisements by ISRO for appointments. They may ask for some screening test also before they select you.

IITs offer only B.tech and not B.Sc. and admissions are through JEE and so far there is no lateral entry admissions offered. Check here for more details.
