There could be a possibility of getting admission to CVAS Mannuthy (College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences), which is under Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, based on a NEET score of 445; this totally depends on the category and cutoff trends for admission.

For 2023, the general state quota cutoff was around 450-470, while SC/ST cutoffs were lower, at about 350-400. Cutoffs with 445 are slim for the general category unless for the year 2025 all of a sudden the cutoff reduces with fewer applicants or more seats available. Yes, you can appear HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) improvement again in February if you are eligible for it and complete the procedure decided by the specific board.

HSC grouping is a crucial factor for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).

There are some boards which allow students to go for an improvement exam if the student is not satisfied with the result.

It is almost impossible to get a government college for MD with 181224 rank in NEET PG ( National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Post Graduation) but you are likely to get a private college or low competitive branches. 

The private college charge a high fees as the admission will be through quota.
