May see several changes in 2019. According to an MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development) release (which was published by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) on March 13, 2018):
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be created to take over the reign of the entrance exams in India that are being conducted by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) at present. It is believed that with NTA at the helm, the medical entrance exam will become highly reliable and standardized, and it will be possible to conduct fair assessment tests for all candidates interested in taking admission to the MBBS and BDS courses in India.

If you belong to UR category, it is quite difficult to secure a seat in government medical college. If you have any quota, there might be a possibility to get into GMC in your state.
Hope for the best and good luck!

No, you cannot get into BDS with these marks. You need to score more than 480 marks in your exam in order to get a BDS seat.
But your target should be to get an MBBS seat, and for that, you have to score more than 510 marks in your exam.
Good luck.

With this rank, I suppose getting an average MBBS college would be not possible. You will have to check for the management quota.

Even if you belong to SC category, chances of getting admission in any medical college are very less.

I would not suggest you to drop a year. It is better you pursue BPT and appear for NEET next time.

Hello Ashraful,
Once you qualify in NEET then you can apply for any stream including BAMS. There is no separate passing exam for BAMS.
