Yes, it is entirely your choice if you want to pursue MBBS. You can quit your B.Sc. Agriculture course in second year and pursue MBBS. Regards.

If you have the potential to crack NEET then you can drop. Don't lose hope until you can't achieve your goal as I know that MBBS is your goal but if don't have potential then you can take admission in biotechnology.

NEET is not required by medical schools abroad. You should check the eligibility criteria of medical schools abroad and prepare accordingly. Exams like UMAT, MCAT, UKCAT, etc. are required.
