NEET is not required for BPT course. It would be better if you go through CET counselling.

The result of NEET is the basis for admission of BHMS courses in colleges across India. Candidates who have appeared in National Eligibility Entrance Test and have qualified in it with minimum percentile cutoff marks can participate in the counselling and get admission to BHMS through NEET.

You should have passed 12th standard with 50% marks.
Apart from that, the candidate must have physics, chemistry, biology/ biotechnology as subjects in class 12th.

You need to appear for and secure good marks in ICAR exam to get admission in a good agriculture college.

You must be aware that your NEET score is pretty low. It would be a bit difficult to get MBBS with this score. But you must look for private medical colleges that charge a fairly high amount of fee. Look for Bangalore (COMEDK), Maharashtra (DMER) and UP. There might be a possibility. Good luck.
