No, ICAR UG is not tough like NEET and JEE in terms of the level of questions they ask, but it offers lesser time to answer. Thus, the number of questions as compared to NEET & JEE are more but they are at a lower level. To enter into a good college you need to secure a good rank. ICAR UG gives out only top 500 ranks all over India so firstly you should be among those 500, secondly, it offers a manual counseling for its selection. The safest score for BHU should be 450+ and for UP government colleges, it should be approximately 400.
So, you may not get B.A.M.S. but you can get any government college. So you can choose according to your comfort. Good luck!

As per previous year trends, these marks would fetch you a rank somewhat around 48006000. Even in the worst case scenario, I don't think your rank would ever exceed 7000. And, with a rank in this range, chances for AIQ seat are going to be very bleak, as last year the last your seat allotted through AIQ at the end of 2nd round of counselling was to an AIR around 5500. Number of seats have been increased so keep your fingers crossed!
If not in AIQ you are very likely to GET a seat through your state quota. I would say that in Punjab, GMC Amritsar will be very much gettable in this range and you might also GET GMC Patiala in 3rd or Open C
