If you want to pursue B.A.M.S. from Uttaranchal Ayurved University, you will have to follow the following process:
1. The first step to participating in counseling is to register for centralized counseling at Uttaranchal Ayurvedic College.
2. You will have to register on the official portal of AYUSH with your NEET UG score.
3. When the dates are announced, you must register for 15% of all India quota counseling at the AYUSH website because your domicile is in Delhi.

NEET Counseling procedure for private colleges is the same as in government colleges. But admission in some private colleges, you may get direct admission or through management quota. For Registration:
1- Go to the official website of MCC.
2- Click on the Under Graduate counseling tab.
3- Click on registration.
4- Enter the required information.
5- login and fill in the application form.
6- Upload all documents.
8- Pay the registration fee, and submit.

The counseling for Deemed Universities will be conducted in 3 rounds.

No, you will not be eligible for Madhya Pradesh's post-metric scholarship if you enroll in any other state's medical college. You will need the following documents to apply for this scholarship:
1. Madhya Pradesh domicile Certificate to be eligible for scholarship
2. Income Certificate proving parental earnings of less than Rs. 6 Lacs
3. Class 12th marksheet with a score of more than 75% if you attended the Madhya Pradesh board and 85% if you attended other boards. Since this scholarship is provided by the Madhya Pradesh state government, it will not be applicable to other states' medical colleges.
