First very much congratulations for achieving 600 marks in NEET. It takes a lot of hard work and at most dedication to reach there. Talking about getting admission in AIIMS you can definitely get in any of the 22 AIIMS colleges in India. Because your marks are pretty good.

Once you have filled the form of counselling and submitted then they give 1-2 days of buffer time to make changes in that. If that buffer time is over then there is now way of making changes in that. I gave you my answer hope that helps.

This is very good marks to get in to any in to any Private Medical college to pursue your dream of MBBS. If you try counselling you can even get any government colleges for your study of MBBS degree. It will little hard but you'll get that.

129 are not the most admirable marks in NEET to get into a government college. You will definitely get admission in any other private colleges if you don't want to waste your year and work hard there.

It is very hard to get any good professional course with 177 marks in your NEET entrance exam. It is also very unlikely to get any good reputed government college. So I would advice you to go for second attempt and work harder than ever this time.

With such marks it is not highly likely to get admission in MBBS. It'll be very difficult. If you had made your question ore specific about your category then I would give the definite answer.
