You can only get admission in private colleges but you have to give NEET exams. I don't think there is any good college which offer BUMS without NEET. Eligibility

Because if you want to get admission, You are expected to score at least 350 or 350 plus marks in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2022 to get admission to a reputed BHMS college and BHMS government medical college.
