No, you will not be eligible for state quotas simultaneously in both Kerala and Karnataka. The reason is that every state has its own rule for an 85% state quota. For the Karnataka state quota, a candidate should have done schooling in this state for a minimum of seven years. Also, they should have valid resident proof of state. For the Kerala state quota, candidates should be a resident of Kerala for a period of five years or have studied in Kerala from class 8 to 12. No, you can not get admission into a government college for BHMS in Maharashtra (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) with 162 marks. However, you can not get a seat even if you belong to specific category quotas. In the year 2021, most government colleges had cutoff scores for the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery course that were more than 250 marks. Even for BHMS private colleges, the cutoff score was higher than 200 marks. You can get college in Kharghar, Maharashtra but only for the BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) course and not the BHM With this score, you may get admission into Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medica

Hi dear, fee structure is different for the admissions through cap round and management admission and also different for different category of students. So if you want the correct the fees then you have to visit official site of the college. All the best.
