Firstly you have to satisfy minimum eligibility criteria that is 55% marks qualifying exam.
Then cutoff will depend on factors like number of candidates appeared in exam and difficulty level of exam.

First of all, the college's name is Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences, not Tono college. Yes, you can get admission to Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences, Arunachal Pradesh with your NEET scorecard. Last year's AQI cutoff for this college was 432942 in round 1. The cutoff for this year has not been decided yet as the counseling has not started yet. Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) is the first and only government medical college in Andhra Pradesh for MBBS courses. But, if you belong to Karnataka or Tamil Nadu state then in that case you will apply to colleges with the help of your state quota for this, and maybe you will also get a government college. Firstly you have to satisfy minimum eligibility criteria for marks of 12th then cutoff will decide on basis of numbers of candidates appeared in exam and difficulty level of exam.
