You can definitely get admission into Kerala's government medical college for MBBS with a rank under 45. A 45 rank in NEET UG is a very decent rank, which can make you eligible for admission to top medical colleges within the All India Quota. According to last year's cutoff, the marks required for you to get into NTR veterinary colleges are 40 marks for the OBC category and 35 marks for both SC and ST categories in the AP EAMCET exam.
Duration of the course: 5 years 6 months. The Fifth year is an Internship.
Eligibility Criteria: 50 percent marks in 10+2 with Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and English subjects for the general category. 45 percent marks for SC and ST candidates.

You're eligible to apply for NEET-UG. The eligibility criteria for NEET-UG are students should have studied and passed Physics Chemistry and Biology exams in the 12th public examination with minimum marks (Category wise varied 40 -50 %).
