For PG the most demanded subject is Neuro nowadays. But it gets changed in due time. As for now some of the fastest growing subjects are according to the increasing demand-
1. Sports Medicine
2. Musculoskeletal
3. Rehabilitation
4. Pediatrics
5. Orthopaedics
6. Cardio Pulmonary
7. Gynae physio
Neuro patients are increasing nowadays as I see in my institution. Sports is always a vast field. Musculoskeletal sector is also related to sports and muscle conditions of people. Rehab is the prominent field in case of rehab institutions only if you have a higher degree. Disabled and polio patients need rehab. Best colleges to do PG are:

As per your question you are asking about M Pharma so it means that you are asking for a postgraduate course. It depends on the degree you are having. But for the mentioned courses, clinical research is quite good. It will be a research type. Paramedics is a fast growing and demanding subject.

It includes a lot if departments like Perfusion Tech, ICU technician, MLT, RIT, Optom, etc. Pharmacy is also good as gaining a M.Pharm degree will place you in a research centre. R&D centre in Germany is a good option.

Yes, the time comes when you are in dilemma of where to go and search to go for the best. But I would suggest you to go for the stream where you enjoy studying and have interest.
