Hello,
It depends on the time you have registered for the exam, if you have applied in your final year of +2, you may still have 3 chances as you have said. But, if you lose one then, you may have 2 or 1 in case you have registered in your +11.

AFMC stands for Armed forces medical college, NEET is the common entrance test for AFMC and other central institutions plus government colleges offering medical /nursing courses. Armed forces is always good option but it depends on your choice, as it's a national duty to work out for, Good luck.

You need to first take in account, if you want to work privately or in public hospital there. Plus, if you are shifting, you need to apply for that through a suitable work partner, they would guide you with work and the package, kindly go with proper guidelines.
