There are some UK and Indian Government organizations, which provide UK and Indian Government Certification in Medical line. I know one UK Government institute which offer Medical courses.
The courses they offer is award winning courses and the courses has accredited from Royal School of London.

Hello, you should obtain your degree after your compulsory internship for 12 months, followed by preparation for NEET PG entrance exam, exam is conducted annually, with both basic and clinical questions. Good luck.
