Yes, you can but the condition is that you are below 25 years of age and must have not attempted NEET 3 times after 2017.
If you want to study in India or else you can study abroad in the following countries:
China
Ukraine
Russia
Philippines
Georgia
USA
Every year people who can't quality for MBBS in India move out of the country mostly Ukraine and china as they are less costly as compared to Indian private colleges.
Certain counselling sessions occurs and various agents are available who send students out of India for MBBS. No exams are required in India like NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER.

Dedicated preparation with honestly followed time tables is most important thing. Issue is, you need to reduce your negatives and increase the number of correct answers that you achieve by practice of questions and revision of course again and again.

Getting a BDS seat is going to boost your confidence level. Giving another try for NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER can get you a 600+ score.
Chemistry will be responsible for your selection and physics will give you high ranks. Keep on revising each subject, make timetables and complete each and every important topic from biology like plant, human physiology, morphology, diversity, ecology and reproduction in animal and plants.

These three exams are held in India for medical college entrance MBBS BDS.
Qualify the exams with a high score above 470 and you will definitely get your admission in one of the renowned colleges of your state (private).Score 550 above and you might get admission into a government MBBS or BDS college.
