For MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS and BHMS, you have to appear the common entrance examination called NEET. And the educational eligibility for the same is to secure atleast 50% marks in aggregate in Physics Chemistry and Biology for general category students.

You just need to cross the target of marks-550 and I assure you, you will get the admission in AIIMS.

Getting a BDS seat is going to boost your confidence level. Giving another try for NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER can get you a 600+ score.
