It is a good request, but in present scenario, it is not possible to conclude on the basis of quality and position of colleges in a decreasing order, because the major reason is that these two points are contradictory and not run parallel. But, some of them are Maulana Azad Medical College-Delhi, Christian Medical College-Vellore, IMS BHU- Varanasi, JNMC Aligarh Muslim University etc.

Nothing is impossible in the world, but the major factor is to hold up tightly your decision until you get it. You can understand about your potential and how long you have patience. If you have dream to crack AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, you have to learn all NCERT book of 12th standard and previous year paper.

Hi, most MPH programs require applicants to have practical experience in public health sector, you are advised to gain some experience first in this sector 1year-2 years. Having good academic standing is a must. Take the IELTS, PG Diploma and Graduate Certificate courses can be done too if its relevant, thereafter you may do a Masters.

Hi,
You need to know that there is no MBBS in Canada, medical programs and studies starts after Bachelor's degree. You must first apply to a Bachelor degree programme lasting for 4 years, clear the Medical College Admission Test and seek admission to a medical school. It's challenging since very few medical schools admit international students. You can however try applying for a Bachelor degree programme and see where it takes you.

It's difficult although you can do CA, but you even don't know the basis of account and business, you will face difficulty in future in pursuing it, I will suggest dropping this option.
All the best.
