Hello,
The minimum qualifying percentile required in general and OBC categories are 50th and 40th i.e. marks between 119-691 and 96-118 respectively. As per your NEET score you have not secure the qualifying marks. Hence you are not eligible for admission in any type of medical colleges.

No, you cannot get admission in physiotherapy because physiotherapy course is offered after 12th (science).

No, you cannot do Ph.D after Bachelors. You have to complete Masters and then you can do Ph.D. No college provides Ph.D after Bachelors.

Yes. Science is mandatory in 12th with 50% marks.
Mandatory Subjects in 12th: Chemistry, Physics, English, Biology / Biotech/ Health Care Sciences
The aggregate percentage must be in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology/Health Care Sciences, taken together and also in aggregate.
Age: Minimum 17 years | Maximum 27 years
