You can join a Diploma course in physiotherapy. I would also suggest you to do a Bachelors, if anyways you want to pursue physiotherapy as long term career. It is indeed a field with lot of scope and opportunities.

If you had B-group in 12th (science) then you can opt for BDS, BAMS, BHMS, naturopathy, physiotherapy, optometry, B.Sc in biology/microbiology, etc. There are books available by the government listing for different fields. You can get those books from any bookstore and go through them.

Preparing for NEET and cracking it in this short time can be tricky. You need to know which topics are high yielding and which topics can be skipped.
