Aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects would be considered as best four subjects (BFS). Environmental Education (ISC), Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Painting, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Home Science, Engineering Drawing and all other vocational subjects are not considered as BFS.

Journey to become a gynecologist begins after 10+2 (Courses after 12th). Gynecology is the postgraduate level education. With 228 marks in NEET, I think it is difficult to get a free government seat, especially with general quota. But there are chances if you apply in management quota. And also, you can get a seat in deemed university but the only problem with that is they have very high fees.
