If you have done 12th with science, then yes, you can get admission but for top institutes, you need to entrance exam.

It is best, if you pursue MBBS from abroad (European universities are also good), but make sure those are MCI recognized. In India, it is difficult to pursue MBBS from private universities, because of high tuition fee charged by the colleges. Dropping a year and preparing for NEET will not be a good idea. But, if you are 100% sure about yourself, then you will definitely get admission next year. Go ahead with NEET. All the best.

No, you will not get any seat. Prepare yourself to score more approximately 500 marks, you will get a good college, for SC/ST. You have to score minimum 360 to get a seat in Government College.

NMIMS don't provide MBA in Pharma, you can do MBA in Pharma from ICFAI University. Regards
