Basically, if you look at the Indian scenario and the emerging field of healthcare sector then you are having an excellent career ahead after MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management. There are various institutes which offer Masters in health and hospital administration together (I.e. GIM, IIHMR, etc). While TISS offers you 2 separate options in terms of either health or hospital administration. If you are having health administration degree in your pocket then you can work with various state government or national level health programs as an administrator, while after hospital administration you can work with various corporate hospitals as an Administrator, Quality Manager, Operations Manager, etc. There are other areas which are equally shared by health and hospital administrators like Insurance firms, Consultancy, etc. Last but not the least if you are having guts and courage then you can become an entrepreneur. Specifically, this is the best career option when you are surrounded by a start-up friendly environment created by GOI and backed by funding from angel investors.

Once the seat leaving bond is signed by you then if you leave that course, you will be fined and a penalty (generally the whole course fee) is to be paid. Before signing up for a seat leaving bond, you can leave any seat but no transfer of fee will be there. Your documents will be submitted to the college (all original documents) so if you wish to go for another counselling round for any other course, you won't be able to get a seat as you will not have any of your documents for verification and when you will be enquired about the documents, you will have to speak the truth. All this strictness is just because if you withdraw your name in between a process then that seat will be left vacant for upcoming years so to avoid that these restrictions are made. But there's one condition if both the courses are offered to you by the same college and university then there's a slight chance that money can be transferred (only a slight chance of that). .
