BAMS would be better. Nursing is a hectic profession. Nurses are not paid well in the private sector as compared to doctors. Unless you crack any staff nurse exam. Although vacancies there are less in number.

According to your marks in NEET UG 2018 you have very less chances of getting a seat in deemed or private universities.
For this year for getting any private or deemed college you have to score around 450 under AIQ and 430 under state quota for open category.
