Hi,
Not sure you are asking for which university. Usually, in pharma, it requires to be pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Maths) for agriculture it is PCB / PCM / Agriculture (min. 55%). You can try to find options in Amity University, Lovely Professional University, Tamil Punjab Agricultural University - Ludhiana.

It is difficult to get any government college with 52% marks in Science for D.Pharma (regular). You may apply for some private universities, like Sharda University, Apeejay Stya University etc. if in case they take the admission. Thanks.

If you hold a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry students) or equivalent from a recognised University, you are eligible to apply for GPAT exam. Either you can do M.Pharma or MBA as per your interest. Master in pharmacy is deviated in various different fields. By recent field report, M.Pharma in pharmaceutics is most valuable in India where as in US and other foreign countries pharmacology is well established. Pharmaceutics is unique subject deals with all F&D, production etc. So, scope is clear. Though some places of pharmacology are absorbed by MBBS but M.Pharma in pharmacology is competitive with MBBS.
